Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship and Shipping Fees

We currently deliver within the United States only. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order. International delivery is not available at this time.

2. Processing Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been completed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and dispatch.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing occurs before shipping and is not included in the carrier’s transit time.

3. Delivery Estimates

Carrier transit typically takes an estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch. With processing included, our target is to deliver within 6–12 business days of order confirmation.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may result from carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events. If a substantial delay affects your order, we will share the information available and any resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment Updates

We’ll email shipment details to the address entered at checkout. When carrier tracking is available, the tracking information will be included. It may take a little time for the carrier to post the first tracking scan.

6. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please verify your delivery address before submitting your order. If you spot an error, email us promptly at hello@auswancreek.com. We’ll check whether the address can be updated before the order is dispatched.

If a package seems lost, arrives damaged, or is shown as delivered but you can’t find it, contact hello@auswancreek.com with your order number. We’ll look into the matter with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier status update alone does not close your claim.

7. Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We pay the return shipping costs. Please email us before mailing anything back so we can provide instructions and arrange return shipping at our expense.
